2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
The online sale of products on the Website is governed by:

3. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
3.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customer (the “Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
3.2 By accessing the Website and placing an order, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 To use the Website and/or purchase products, you must:
– Be at least 18 years of age
– Have legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contracts
– Be acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession (i.e., as a consumer)
3.4 Medical disclaimer: It is recommended to consult your healthcare provider before purchasing dietary supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
4. PRODUCTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
4.1 PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. sells dietary supplements and cosmetic products (the “Products”) through the Website.
4.2 Product characteristics:
– Dietary supplements: Food products intended to supplement the normal diet and which are concentrated sources of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
– Cosmetic products: Products intended to be applied to external parts of the human body for the purpose of cleaning, perfuming, changing appearance, protecting, keeping in good condition, or correcting body odours.
4.3 All Products are intended for personal use by consumers within the European Union.
4.4 Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Photographs of Products are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element.
4.5 We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1 All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Shipping costs are included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.3 We accept the following payment methods:

– PayPal/Stripe
5.4 Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. does not store or process your full credit card details.
5.5 The total amount due is charged at the time of order transmission.
5.6 Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
6.1 The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet by accessing the Website and completing an order according to the procedure provided.
6.2 Before confirming your order, you must:
– Read and accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box
– Review the product characteristics as described in the product sheet
– Verify the total price including taxes, shipping costs, and any other charges
– Confirm the delivery address and payment method
6.3 Before order completion, you will be informed of:
Total price of goods including taxes, with breakdown of shipping costs and any other charges
– Payment methods available
– Delivery times and procedures
– Conditions, terms, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
– Existence of the legal guarantee of conformity
6.4 Submitting an order through the Website constitutes a contractual offer.
6.5 Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email containing:
– Your details and order number
– Price of purchased goods
– Shipping costs (if applicable)
– Delivery address
– Any notes you provided
6.6 You are responsible for entering accurate personal data. Any corrections must be communicated to info@pharmaintegratori.it within 60 minutes of receiving the order confirmation email. After this period, the order will be processed for shipment and no further modifications will be accepted, without prejudice to your legal rights.
6.7 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: unavailability of Products, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
7.1 Product availability refers to actual stock at the time you place your order. However, due to multiple users accessing the Website simultaneously, Products may be sold to other customers before your order is confirmed.
7.2 Even after sending the order confirmation email, cases of partial or total unavailability may occur. In such cases:
– The order will be automatically adjusted by removing unavailable Products, or
– The order will be cancelled
– You will be immediately informed by email
7.3 If you request total or partial cancellation of the order, PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. will refund the partial or total amount paid within 14 days from the date we became aware of your decision to terminate the contract.
7.4 Products placed in the shopping cart do not constitute a completed order. If a Product is out of stock during checkout, the amount will be refunded and the Product will be marked as unavailable on the Website.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
8.1 Products are shipped via express courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order.
8.2 PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. will process the order normally within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation.
8.3 Upon processing, Products are handed over to our trusted courier or freight forwarder for delivery to the address indicated in the order confirmation.
8.4 Delivery times:
– Orders are delivered within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation email
– Ground transport typically takes 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after dispatch
8.5 If delivery problems occur during transport and the package does not arrive within the indicative timeframe, you may promptly notify PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L., which will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
8.6 We are not liable for delivery delays due to:
– Force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances
– Strikes
– Weather events
– Public holidays
– Warehouse inventory
– Office relocations
– IT system modifications
– Other extraordinary events
Such events may result in delivery times exceeding those indicated, even by several days.
8.7 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, we remain responsible for proper packaging and handover to the carrier.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 Withdrawal period: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
9.2 Withdrawal button: In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by clicking the clearly labelled button “Withdraw from contract here“ available on the Website. This button is accessible throughout the entire withdrawal period.
9.3 Alternative communication methods: You may also communicate your decision to withdraw by:
– Registered mail with return receipt
– Certified email (PEC)
– Email to info@pharmaintegratori.it
9.4 Proof of withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Code, the burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal rests with you.
9.5 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended) and Art. 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. This includes:
– Dietary supplements with opened seals, caps, or packaging
– Cosmetic products with opened seals, caps, or packaging
– Any product where the hygiene seal, safety seal, or original packaging has been broken, opened, or removed after delivery
– Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
– Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
– Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods
9.6 Important: For health and hygiene reasons, you should NOT open or unseal any dietary supplement or cosmetic product if you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once the seal or original packaging is opened, the right of withdrawal is automatically forfeited and no refund will be provided.
9.7 Return address: Products must be returned to:

9.8 Condition of returned goods: To be eligible for withdrawal, Products must be returned:
– Unopened and unused
– In original packaging with all seals intact
– Complete with all parts, including box, labels, and safety seals
– In the same condition as received
9.9 Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for returns are borne by the Customer.
9.10 Return shipping method: Returns must be sent via a traceable shipping method with proof of delivery. Until receipt at our warehouse, the shipment is under your full responsibility.
9.11 Inspection: Upon arrival at our warehouse, Products will be examined to verify:
– The integrity of all seals and packaging
– That no product has been opened, used, or tampered with
– That all original components are present
9.12 Rejection of returns: PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. reserves the right to reject any return where:0
– The hygiene seal, safety seal, or original packaging has been opened, broken, or removed
– The product shows signs of use or tampering
– The product is not in the same condition as delivered
In such cases, the right of withdrawal is forfeited, the refund will not be issued, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
9.13 Damage during return transport: If goods are damaged during return transport, PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. will notify you to enable you to file a timely claim with your chosen courier and obtain reimbursement of the value (if insured). In such cases, Products will be returned to you with shipping costs borne by you, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
9.14 Uninsured returns: PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
9.15 Refund: If the analysis is successful and all conditions for withdrawal are met, PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. will refund the amount for Products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days, excluding any shipping costs incurred.
9.16 Suspension of refund: In accordance with Art. 56(3) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. may suspend reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until you provide proof of having returned the goods intact and as described.
9.17 Loss of withdrawal right: In case of loss of the right of withdrawal (including due to opening of seals or packaging), PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. will return the purchased goods to you, charging shipping costs.
9.18 Model withdrawal form: You may use the standard withdrawal form provided in Annex I to these Terms.
10. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
10.1 All Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
10.2 Duration: The legal guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery of the Product.
10.3 Your rights: In case of defects or non-conformity, you have the right to:
– Repair or replacement of the Product (at no cost)
– Price reduction
– Termination of the contract (in serious cases)
10.4 Notification: You must notify PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. of any defects within 2 months of discovering them.
10.5 Commercial guarantees: Any additional commercial guarantees (e.g., manufacturer warranties) are described on the product packaging or manufacturer’s website and do not affect your statutory rights.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 All content on the Website, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and all related intellectual property rights, is the exclusive property of PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L.
11.2 Except as expressly stated in these Terms, nothing shall be construed as granting any license or right under such Intellectual Property Rights.
11.3 You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.
12. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
12.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.pharmaintegratori.it/en/privacy-policy/ and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

13. INVOICING
13.1 For each purchase contract concluded through the Website, PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. will issue an invoice or fiscal receipt upon request at info@pharmaintegratori.it.
13.2 Information provided by you at the time of order will be used for invoice/receipt issuance.
13.3 You are solely responsible for the accuracy of such information.
13.4 Invoice variations are possible and permitted after issuance, provided written communication is sent to info@pharmaintegratori.it by the end of the month in which the invoice was issued.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
14.1 PHARMA INTEGRATORI S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
14.2 Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with the “Last updated” date revised.
14.3 We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.4 Modifications will not apply retroactively to orders already completed.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
15.1 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
15.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
– Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
– Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
– Any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
15.4 We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by force majeure, strikes, weather events, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or the purchase of Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pisa, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
17.3 Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): Consumers resident in the EU may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/odr to resolve disputes out of court.
17.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): You may also contact the competent Consumer Arbitration Panel for out-of-court dispute resolution.
