Please note: Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and art. 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
For food supplements and cosmetic products:
❌ If you have opened, removed the seal, or removed any hygienic seal, safety seal, cap or original packaging, the right of withdrawal is automatically forfeited.
❌ Returns of opened products will be refused and no refunds will be issued.
✅ You can exercise the right of withdrawal only if the product is unopened, unused and in its original condition with all seals intact.
Do not open or remove any seal from the product if you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal.
